1- Planning & Monitoring the capacity plan of the facilities and instructors in relation to the percentage of students' enrolment.
2. Assist in determining the number of sections required per course based on expected number of enrolled students in the program and their respective academic years.
3. Determine the offered courses per semester according to the old and new POS while balancing students' individual cases.
4. Maintain a balanced credit load for every faculty and staff throughout the AY
