• Provide in depth analysis services and suggest strategies to key partners and stakeholders.
• Review business processes to help diagnose the business financial operational and
technological risks.
• Process, cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis and present the result in clean manner.
• Collaborate with business units and teams to understand and prioritize company needs
and devise possible solutions based on business use case.
• Monitor performance and determine improvement areas by developing KPI indicators for Critical department metrics.
• Manage, Monitor and evaluate Project databases and workflow to ensure that it is meeting deadline goals.
• Support Project Management in project management and divisional reporting.
• Administer and coordinate routine contract work using standardized methods.
• Enforce project data collection daily, weekly and monthly on Team Leaders.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining monthly, weekly and requested reports addressing all aspects of the project development and completion. They often present the details of these reports during group or one-on-one meetings with senior managers.
• Tracks, analyzes and controls the costs associated with a project.
• Planning budgets, classifying costs by type, tracking man-hours allocated to a project,
verifying supplier invoices and managing change events that impact the budget.
• Billing and invoicing.
