During my work, I was interpreting everything between the psychologist and the patients and their families. I was also filling their applications of the clinic in addition to any referral forms to be sent to other NGOs. I was making sure of having excellent relations with other NGOs. I was collecting any useful information for refugees and even trying to get any possible aid from other NGOs.

I was assisting the manager in everything: recruiting new employees and monitoring all the employees, Updating the manager with any problem and suggest a quick solution. checking the attendance of all employees and students. Checking the arrival and departure dates of international staff. Checking the documents needed for every member. depositing money in the bank in weekly basis. checking the payment amounts for every employee and also checking the fees of every student.
updating the filing system and following up with other staff
Volunteer to teach English for specific purposes for the winning team in Robot program competition held by the Ministry of Education. The winners were the first participants from Jordan to travel to USA.
