Provides Core Competency technical support to beneficiaries.
• Adheres to NRC policies Core Competency tools, handbooks and guidelines.
• Prepares and files accurate records of project activities and ensures all information is accurate and available in time.
• Reports protection concerns to line manager(s).
• Develops own weekly activity planning.
• Stays abreast of internal program SOPs and thematic/ counselling guidelines
• Delivers information sessions and individual counselling to NRC Syrian and Jordanian beneficiaries on various topics including legal and civil documentation, housing, land and property rights and work rights
• Prepares and supports legal assistance to NRC beneficiaries;
• Ensures protection mainstreaming in field activities, including identification of cases for protection referrals
• Undertakes day-to-day data collection and data entry related to field activities
• Participates in field mapping exercises
Build Work plan for CFC (Child Family Center ) project components for selected activities ( PSS & IE ) within our center and task sharing
Ensure that all CFC activities, are planned efficiently, effectively and are of sustainable impact, with minimum changes required and No drops from activates, no duplication and achieve unique target based on accepted best practices.
Following on the quality / progress of all projects interventions and to provide operational and technical guidance
Conducting regular meeting with Field Assistant to discuss achievements and challenges and Supervise and evaluate them continuously to improve their skills and experiences
Insure that the activities are implemented in a safe space and healthy atmosphere for parents and children in the centers.
Build local partnership and communicate with the community and keep them on touch for any developments or issues.
Provide regular report on the work progress
giving English language curriculum grades one to ten
courses: Bachelors of English for specific purposes. University Training: September 2010_ January 2011 Civil Society Development Center (CSDC)
