Senior Admin. Assistant, Finance Department at Mednet Jordan W.L.L.

Responsibilities:
Admin related job tasks:
Providing logistic support to the following:

Executive Assistant of Managing Director:
- Back-up during absence (tending to the incoming & outgoing daily mail, MD direct phone calls & appointments, receiving top management guests and associates, Responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the effective & office equipment)

- Creating monthly report presenting all department employees leaves, vacations and maintain due balances of each for the use of HR department and executive assistant upon request.

- HR related tasks that includes but not limited to (Screening CVs, filtration, setting interviews appointments, new employees orientation .etc)

- Training new employees on administrative issues from other company branches.

- Employee orientation.


- Develop and maintain & update personnel files regularly and maintain access to confidential documents.

- Generating reports to upper management

- Notifying employees on employment legislation, company HR policies and changes to the company 's internal by law.

Finance Department:
- Attach the explanation with cheque & Submit to provider.
- Recording the receipt payment on (MedNext) system.
- Secretarial duties - Filing.
- Preparing monthly telephone report (from telephone bill)
- Arrange travel, hotel bookings.
- Checking and observing the out going mail.
- Business Correspondence (letters & faxes)
- Welcoming Visitors.
- Receiving & transferring telephone calls.
- Arabic & English typing.


MCC, Claims, Production Departments:
- Providing logistic support and Cooperating with all departments to meet delaines and maintain a smooth workflow
- Arraigning correspondence and typing for all above departments
- Receiving incoming claims and creating batches for medical providers on the MedNext system.
- Assisting the processing unit n auditing stamps for received claims.
- Archiving incoming and out coming correspondences for MCC, Claims & production Departments from 2004 until now.
- Preparing MCC Department chronic medication mail and letters to all MedNet Jordan PICs.
