Responsible for all the HR department in the company.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Attract, retain and motivate staff. Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
Advertise vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants.
Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions.
Skills Development:
Identify training /skills / competency needs within the organization.
Coordinate career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with line management.
Submit the skills development plan within the prescribed time frame.
Identify skills shortages and where there is need to improve and inform management.
Employee Relations:
Consult and advise management and staff on Labour relations issues.
Ensure awareness on LRA, Basic conditions of Employment Act and all other labour legislation. Represent the company on CCMA Level (conciliation & arbitration).
HR Reporting and Administration:
Manage company payroll administration.
Compile monthly management reports all on all key output areas of the position.
Perform related duties as assigned by the Head of Finance.
Performance Management:
Manage the company performance management process (KPO).
Custodian of effective performance management practices.
Implement performance management / talent management initiatives.
Ensure that performance management is standardized. Ensure that all employees are informed of and trained in the application of the performance management model and system.
Monitoring, evaluating and reporting results.
Policies and Procedures:
Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures.
Budget & Cost Management:
Drive HR related cost savings and manage HR budgets as set by executive management
Office Manager: Reporting to the Executive Manager and General manager for the Recruitment Division.
Acting as the manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
Responsibilities:
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
In addition to supporting the manager, my other duties include:
Carrying out specific projects and research;
Responsibility for accounts and budgets;
Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management;
Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence;
Being involved in decision-making processes.
Recruiting and training junior staff and delegate some of the less demanding and confidential work to them.
Responsible for all the HR Related issues in the recruitment division, such as:
o Attendance
o Disciplinary
o Leaves
o Preparing all kinds of certificates
o Training and development
o Evaluation
Following up with all office requests such as:
o Furniture
o Cleaning
o Maintenance
Responsible for booking tickets or hotels for new joiners
Prepare orientation program for new joiners
Prepare handover lists.
Evaluating employees according to their performance.
Following up with the HR officers for visa status, labor cards and any other employment documents needed.
Hiring employees for the office.

Recruitment Consultant: Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader
attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies
Build new relationship with companies in order to gain new clients
Close all the position as soon as we get the request
Search for candidates with all the means of searching: Networking, headhunting and through referrals.
Screen Candidates, interview them, do background checks and finally match them to their clients.
Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
