Responsibilities to understand the scope and context of the integrated marketing and PR plans for many clients;
• Implementation of the plans; drive monthly reporting for all campaigns.
• Expert media/blogger relationships and a proven track record of successful media and social media campaigns.
• Possess strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to write attention-grabbing media materials, client correspondence, reporting documents, points-of-view strategy documents, drive smart, tactical execution of client programs.
• Collating and analyzing media coverage.
Using a wide range of media to build and sustain a good image for QDB, and brand QDB services through planned publicity campaigns and PR activity
• planning, developing and implementing PR plans;
• liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;
• liaising with and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organizations
• Manage the PR Agency and brief them with all requirements till Press Release / Press Conference Event /are executed.
• Determine the target audience and key mages depending on the event
• Researching and distributing press releases to targeted media;
• collating and analyzing media coverage;
• editing magazines articles, interviews and speeches
• work in parallel with the socail media team
• preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs
Marketing executives contribute to, and develop, integrated marketing campaigns. Tasks typically involve:
-liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
-communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
-sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign
-managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters
-organizing photo shoots
-arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials
-maintaining and updating customer databases
-organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions;
-sourcing and securing sponsorship;
-conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
-contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
evaluating marketing campaigns;
-monitoring competitor activity;
-Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
