-Conduct meetings with clients to determine project intent, requirements and budgets.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with new and existing clients.
-Oversee all aspects of the project including estimating, budgeting, forecasting, project monitoring and management.
-Direct more than one project at a time and for each assigned project having overall responsibility for ensuring that the planning, management and coordination is successful and that financial control within the project margin is maintained.
-Set project timelines and keep teams on task to complete milestones according to schedule.
-Supervise schedules to ensure that key milestones were being met at every project phase.
-Work directly with all concerned departments, clients, management to achieve the project objectives.
-Oversee up to five projects at a time without sacrificing standards.
-Provide outstanding service to clients through effective communication in an effort to promote future business opportunities.
