• Regularly contact existing and prospective customers by making outbound telephone calls to generate revenue and grow trading base.
• Partner with Field Sales Executives to win and develop ad-hoc, small, medium and large customers within a specified geographical territory.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction through regular telephone contact.
• Perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service and maximize the face-to-face selling time of the Field Sales Executive.
• Responsible to achieve profitable revenue growth through the development, over the telephone, of long term customer relationships enabling high levels of retention and acquisition of new business within the Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customer segments.
• Shares information within the sales team to improve the ability of MYself and others to identify the most applicable TNT service against competitor product offers
• Composing and distributing policies & procedures and ensuring implementation.
• Ensuring the maintenance of all payroll data.
