• Prepare materials forecast based on open demand / historical consumption trends and revise it periodically.
• Execute the development, maintenance, communication, and publication of the Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) to ensure that customer requirements are met.
• Maintain raw materials and components inventories within our goal, while minimizing excess and obsolete materials ensuring efficient and effective procurement & inventory practices and optimizing the balance between quality, service, reliability, and cost.
• Ensure that all material delivery schedules are communicated to the suppliers on time in order to meet plan requirements.
• Create/ execute recovery plans for anticipated shortages.
• Drive supplier performance improvement including quality and timely delivery.
• Create/ execute liquidation plans for discontinued materials
• Track and report site/ supplier service performance and communicate information to the relevant parties.
• Collaborate with quality and warehouse staff regarding rejected/ defective materials, making the physical arrangements with the supplier to ensure a timely return of goods or disposal.
• Focus and encourage continuous improvements of the process supported.
• Preparing Scaffolding-Formwork design and drawings for various structures using PERICAD (AUTOCAD) software.
• On-time submittals of shop drawing, statical Analysis according to agreed schedule discussed with the technical Manager/Site requirements.
• Offer technical presentation to clients if required with help of marketing coordinator.
• Planning and detailing all the required documents (design arrangements, material lists,
Assembly) according to PERI global standards.
• Create plans, forecast and schedule of materials to meet project requirements.
• Monitor and track inventory levels against on hand and expected projects.
• Ensure material availability and customer orders fulfillment in the right time efficiently.
• Site Coordination of the material delivery and return at site.
• Help collection officer to obtain purchase orders for all running projects.
• Regular visits and follow ups with the site team (project engineers, site engineers and site supervisor).
• Major Projects: ASSIMA MALL, KAZMA CAMP, KOC REFIENRY TANKS.

Main responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
* Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions
* Follow up a process of invoice both (Internal & External)
* Archiving of invoice data according to its categories
* Updating clients’ information & opportunities using CRM system
* Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
* Helping in the design of custom-made products
* Coordinate with the technicians in the gulf branches (KSA & UAE & KUWAIT) in the event of any
breakdown, record the case and it’s causes in the system.
* Conduct market research and collect information of suppliers.
* Evaluate suppliers and negotiate on prices and purchase agreements.
* Ensure goods are delivered as promised and meet quality.
I have a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and engineering management from university of Jordan with 5 years of experience. I did many projects in Quality Control, Safety Evaluation and Motion & Time Study and material planning in my study.
