Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
1-Coordinate, manage and monitor activities of primary school department.
2-Responsible for providing admin support to the head of primary and liaison with other departments.
3-Professionally and efficiently deal with students/teachers related issues.
4-Monitor attendance record & update it on the system.
5-Contact parents regarding the students & send the daily sms.
6-Prepare daily & weekly reports for the management.
7-Monitor the duty time/area.
8-Participate & prepare materials for special programs/events.
9-meet with parents & answer their inquiries & follow up any complaints.
1-Sell specific products and services to consumers.
2-Explain different customization features.
3-Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features.
4-Represent and promote the organization with products and services at in- showroom.
5-Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and to sell products and services.
6-Present solutions to customers, credit terms, accurate sales contracts, estimated time of activation.
7-Count the day's money transactions at the end of the day.
8-- Follow up with customers and answer their inquiries.
