Fully Manage the overall recruitment process for Pepsi Jordan, create & update procedures, supervise
the team, manpower planning, building the network, ..etc.
▪ Lead the team on development and implementation of the Organization Development agenda
throughout the year of which performance management, people planning, employee development
programs, …etc.
▪ Lead the team on the initiation and activation of training calendar driven from the training needs
analysis, performance evaluation outputs and employees’ development plans.

▪ Lead strategically on business continuation plan through people planning for key talents and

Develop, communicate, and implement an OD strategy and associated plans that support the company

▪ Guide and support managers in the planning and implementation of change and organizational
development initiatives liaising closely with the HR Director as appropriate to achieve a successful
shared outcome that has a positive and measurable impact on the business.
▪ Plan for the implementation of Performance Reviews Cycles and follow up with all departments to
ensure conducting the performance reviews in objective manner.
▪ Identify the company's critical positions and potential successors in collaboration with Heads of
Department.
Plan & implement internal audit assignments as per the annual plan (planning, field work and
reporting), continuous development of comprehensive audit programs / working papers
▪ Identify weaknesses and red flags in internal controls and suggest corrective actions
▪ Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee
▪ Help process owners to assess the effectiveness of key controls and risk assessment sessions
Plan, supervise, manage, and carry out auditing missions on several banking activities to ensure high
financial and business performance
▪ Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system, and sufficiency of procedures
aiming to mitigate the exposure to risk.
▪ Cover financial and operational audit scope based on prepared audit plan and risk assessment-based
approach.
