Responsible to representing HBTF brand in a positive way, ensuring that the branch provides excellent quality banking services and solutions to all customers, assisted in completing transactions, serviced efficiently, queries answered, banks services and products are cross-sold, responsible for migrating customers to E-channels to increase service level and reduce branch traffic, subscription clients with online banking, retail or companies, solve problems in a professional manner with clients. Support customers with clearances or obligation letters, opening accounts for new clients then use online banking to explain what it contains, develop a channel to increase customer usage of electronic channels and raise their awareness of the service provided to them, In addition, handling with Transfers, ATM, CliQ services, western union, Efawateercom, Account opening and ITM services.
