SPM at Operations and maintenance department: Crating SMR for all Iraq regions, dealing with returned material by creating CSR for Ericsson repair center GSLC-EMEA and send it under RMA number to Netherlands, duration 3 months.
Creating SLA report by designing macro for Operations and maintenance department, This report shows the contractors NUR and the outage time that caused by transmission, Power, Work and System, it used also to collect day to day activity for all regions under contractor responsibilities and counting penalties over them even by NUR target or delay, report it in monthly bases from May-2013 till now.
Managing Contracts and creating RFQ’s: Managing MS contracts with Ericsson, NSN, HTS and Naseem Al-Yam and active SPMS Contracts with Ericsson, NSN. Making RFQ for network expansions.
Managing Expansion Project for Swapping RBS at Erbil region: Camusat Company initiate this project according to out RFQ for swapping RBS2000 to RBS6000 for 36 sites at Erbil, this Swap project required also swapping 12 sites from indoor to outdoor with dismantling the shelters and returned it to the main WH and adding 2nd E1 for each sites for 3G technology, adding extra feeders for linking new antennas to the new RBS’s, accepting this sites with coordinating with regional FLM engineers.
