• Review QA/QC Plan/Procedure, ITP and material approval for the quality aspects to be in accordance with the project requirements and regulations.

• Review QA/QC inspection procedure/material approval provided by the contractor for the project(s), for the quality aspects to be in accordance with the contract requirements and regulations.

• Maintain adequate files on all inspection issues and administer the Non-Conformance Report until resolution, completion and acceptance.

• Checked and Inspect fit-up tolerance of Erection of Steel Structure according to plans and specifications
• Visual inspection of structural welding as per code and standard of the project.
• Quality control of execution for both steel and reinforce concrete structural system.
• Proper documentation of all RFI, tracking and updating inspection report.

• Performs daily supervising of work as per IFC drawing, ITP and Method of Statement and insuring a good conformance with project document and specification.
• Ensue that construction contractors adhere to the latest approved for construction project drawings, specifications, procedures and site instructions.
• Ensure proper change control by issuing Field Instructions for all changes, reviewing Technical Queries to ensure responses are appropriate and practical and reviewing Advanced Revision notices prior to issue to contractors to ensure correct use of construction resources.
• Inspection of works performed by sub-contractors and use surveillance report both acceptable and deficient works found at the time of inspection.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding methodology of construction and direct sequence of testing for all activities concerning quality assurance.
• Monitor ground improvement such as bored piling, stone column in relation to approved method of statement and Inspection Test Plan of the project and performing compression load test.
• Cross checking of all established points, location of structures to ensure that in perfect alignment and location.
• Inspection of formworks, reinforcement bars, & embedded items for all structures prior to concrete pouring.
• Monitor concrete pouring works including air content test, slump test and temperature of concrete.
• Finalize inspection request and prepare documents associated with field inspection reports and final approval of the client.
• Quality checking of completed works and update QA/QC documents in a daily basis.
• Supervise total construction efforts to ensure project is constructed safely in accordance with design and specification.
• Ensure that contractors comply with all aspects of the Worksite HSE Plan and policy; site regulations, permit to work and Client requirements.
• Responsible for compliance of approved quality control plan for all construction, inspection and testing activities on site.
• Implementing site directives and monitoring the schedule and the work.
• Preparing technical query and proposal in case of conflict in the engineering drawings.
