- Plan and execute the pre-opening and on-going recruitment activities to ensure Royal Greens is
adequately staffed as per the workforce plan.
- Establish and maintain effective business processes in the HR department to ensure efficiency
and customer service.
- Regularly coach managers and assist them in performance.
- Analyze, recommend, implement and evaluate processes, procedures and methods for HR practices
to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate and administer assigned policies, programs and procedures.
- Monitor performance appraisals (Probationary and Yearly).
- To develop and deliver training sessions relevant to HR matters for supervisory and management level.
- To monitor HR indicators (HR Statistics, Head Count) to identify trends and provide recommendation.
- Drive change and actively seek and contribute to ideas and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Handle confidential matter/information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.
- Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations issues.
- Assist in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures in accordance with the organization's
overall goals and.
- Revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures.
- Creating and revising Job Descriptions.
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program.
- Supervise HR team in supporting the day to day operations of the Human Resources department.
- Analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget.
- Analyzing and updating the company’s Performance Management System/Program.
- Maintaining and revising the company’s Handbook on policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and enforce Employee Engagement programs.
- Redevelop Self services system ( Menaitech & MenaMe )and train HR team and head of departments.
- Execute HR policies and programs including solving employee relations issues.
- Execute Employee Engagement programs such as (Activities, Orientation, Gathering … etc).
- Execute company’s compensation program for RG Associates.
- Execute benefits programs and related transactions such as (Vacations, Medical insurance …...etc).
- Execute Performance Management System/Program for RG Associates.
- Execute Reward programs such as (Promotion, , Associate of the month, Birthdays, …… etc).
- Assist in hiring, training and reviewing performance of RG Associates.
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling programs.
- Manage and ensure Associates records and documents are in place and updated.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of bimonthly payroll for all associates.
- Reconciling the payroll and making the actual Earnings and Deductions.
- Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, Finance and other
departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
- Conduct End of Services Settlements, exit interviews, clearance.
- Ensure proper coordination with Government Affairs in related to Government services such as (Visas, Iqama,
Exit-Re-enter, GOSI, Chamber of commerce ….etc).
- Ensure proper coordination with Recruitment Companies for Operations and Government services.
- Conduct required investigation, disciplinary action to RG Associates in coordination with Head of HR.
- Prepare the proper HR announcements such as (HR Policies, New joiners, newborn ……etc).
- Prepare HR reports such as ( Master report, Dashboard, ... etc).
- Analyze all reports and take the corrective actions.
- Developing and executing the recruiting plans and maintain the budget.
- Managing manpower plan and new vacancies.
- Advertising of job vacancies on Saudi Radwa Career Page (Mihnati.com).
- Making brief interviews by phone (Screening).
- Leading the interviewing plan for each open position.
- Making Exit interviews.
- Coordination with recruitment agencies for overseas employment (ASMACS ).
- Managing manpower of operators companies (Abu Sarhad, Maharah, Team Time… )
- Conduct analysis of compensation, job descriptions and salary scales.
- Ensure updating all HR policies, procedures and arrange for full implementation.
- Making organizational structure for each department based on Grades and Levels.
- Represent the company at public events and job fairs.
