- Prepare HR email announcements and respond to incoming emails.
- Prepare any kind of report that is requested
- Analyze employee causes and work problems to recommend corrective actions based on RCJY policies.
• Training & Development:
- Team member of studying offers for training courses and professional certifications.

- Team Leader of Staff restructuring and placement for +8000 employees.
- Team Leader of the Eltzam platform in RCJY.
• Recruitment & Manpower Planning: Sourcing and Screening Candidates, Arrange Interview, Interviewing and Job Offer.
- Handle the whole life cycle of recruitment from initial screening to offers and ensures compliance with HMG standards.
- Interview candidates at initial stage then arrange for interviews with candidate and line manager.
- Prepare employment offers and contracts to selected/approved candidates keeping in view of HMG policy.
- Handling the on-boarding process for approved admin and paramedical candidates.
- Update and provide recruitment team with vacancies.
- Identify manpower needs and vacancies including the need for recruitment and promotions, and transfer.
