 Point of contact to respond all email correspondence and any issues, urgent requests and urgent Marine and Vessel Deliveries as per priority based. Supervising Operation Team & Warehouse Team.
Working as a Front Line leader in Operation.
 Managing WH, DG (Danger Goods Class 1- 9 Products) Warehouse and Transportation.
 During WH & Operation Manager absent focal point for all the WH and Packed Transport Operation.
 Working in GSAP (Globe network from Shell), Exceed, Eserve, Oracle, WMS, SMT & Orbits.
 Managing daily Inbound & Outbound Schedule from customer, supply chain and Vessel agents.
 Attending new customers and visitors behalf of Company and giving brief presentation regarding Company profile and activities.
 Conducting training, tool box meetings to WH staff, Helpers, Drivers regarding Safety and driving. Maintaining working hours for staffs and drivers as per company & Shell Policy.
 Preparing accurate billing statements and sending it to accounts and finance department by first week of every month.
 Conducting 2 Cycle counts, one physical stock Inventory (With Customer) as per SOP. Maintaining all stocks 100% matching with actual. After stock count report will need forward to customer.
 Preparing Monthly reports, KPI, Quarterly BPR reports and yearly annual review reports as per SOP.
 Zero missing of Vessel deliveries. Ensure all other executed within 24 hr as per customer delivery plan.
 Keeping record for all stock, Damages, transportation records, KM readings for monthly KPI. Reporting all damages, leaky, PI & Near miss cases in system and take appropriate actions on each item.
 Conducting vehicle Inspection, spot check, Safety walks, Incab Monitoring, port visit for safety purpose.
 Preparing Trip allowances and daily attendance. Maintaining safe working environment in the Warehouse and brief all WH staffs for continuous awareness on safer working practices.
 Ensure all the completed deliveries are confirmed in E-Haulier we portal of shell. And sending same time POD to customer. Keeping harsh braking records and reporting Incident in FIM system
 Managing other customers as a reliever for WH manager, worked as reliever for LUKOIL, TOTAL, MOBIL, DG, FILA, REDA, BP AVGAS, HAMBARUG & LDME
