I am an account manager in Michelin in Riyadh Region. My role in the company is to increase our share at existing customers by knowing my customer needs, finding opportunities and tackling them, Serving my customers for best satisfaction, and focusing on after sales service. Customer centrecity and engaging with the team is the key. Following up the order process from A to Z until the product reaches the customer and making sure the transition was done as customer expectation. Finding new prospects and increasing the share of our market. Finding solutions for customers who are facing problems with our product. Maintaining a long sustainable relation with clients.

I studied business administration in Haigazian University in beirut city. One of the best universities in Lebanon. My course included managment,finance,marketing,accounting, and ither electives which helped me boost my knowledge about the business world. Every month we had a project and report to do for every course on what we learned and summarize it. The social life in the university is unique and substantial.
