Following up the order process from A to Z until the product reaches the customer and making sure the transition was done as customer expectation. I studied business administration in Haigazian University in beirut city. One of the best universities in Lebanon. My course included managment,finance,marketing,accounting, and ither electives which helped me boost my knowledge about the business world. Every month we had a project and report to do for every course on what we learned and summarize it. The social life in the university is unique and substantial.
