• Fabrication and erection of mechanical structures and pipelines.
• Understanding of project scope including intrepretation of technical drawings to manage according to production set.
• Liasion ofquality and safety terms to ensure operational delivery is carried out according to specified health safety and quality measures.
• Co ordination with appropriate service departments to facilitate and monitor daily progress of operational delivery against the project plan reallocating resources/ activities on daily basis.
• Acting as key client interface throughout the duration of the project for clarifications on technical specifications, project updates and resolution of issues (Sending of progress reports to the clients .)
• Preparation of management reports and progress reports on a regular basis.
• Maintenance of daily production progress data in FIMs in order to map progress against key performance indicators.(KPIs)

• Break down maintenance.
• 100% Calibration checks as per check list.
• Co ordination with competent agency for testing of pressure vessels, safety valves.
• 100% reporting of incident / accident s in the prescribed format
• To meet the requirements / targets as per agreed and identified HSEQ KPI’s.
• To issue work permit in d plant.
• Allocation of workmen (15 operators) for bottling and ship handling.
• Handled total documentation related activity during ship offloading as boarding officer at berth including ship stowage plan, Ullaging before, after cargo loading and pressure test and leak test of the loading arm and purging operation using nitrogen.
• Knowledge of fire fighting system & equipments.
• Responsible for Truck tanker Loading/Unloading.
