Prepares financial statements: Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity and Statement of Cash Flows (Direct and Indirect Methods).
• Prepares monthly OPEX reports for the Holding company and its Subsidiaries, stating and analyzing monthly operating expenses in comparison with budgeted figures.
• Conducts IFRS tests and applications on specific projects (IFRS 16 Leases, IFRS 9 (A/R Aging tests)).

• Controls treasury through submitting daily bank status and weekly net cash position to the Finance Manager.
• Ensures bank charges and interest are optimized and strictly adhere to signed agreements with banks.
• Controls payments to suppliers, travel expenses, employee advances and petty cash disbursements.
• Maintains accurate and clean chart of accounts.
• Ensures an effective filing and archiving system is maintained for accounting transactions and relevant supporting documents.
• Supports on the annual audit processes.
• Assists in the Quality Assurance of a newly developed Accounting Software (ERP); ensures accounting transactions are properly reflected in ledgers and trial balances and provided the required input to the System Development team.
• Lead the monthly closing process and supervised the whole accounting cycle.
• Approved and submitted the following monthly review reports to senior management: aging, accruals & deferrals, fixed assets, and work in progress for billable projects.
