• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments

Build and develop relationships with International suppliers.
Prepare approve and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
Track Purchasing activities and joint Business Plans with the suppliers and ensure their implementation in the market through direct coordination with the sales team.
Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding orders in term of product selection, pricing, quantities, shipping & logistics.
Sharing reports with the suppliers by providing direct feedback from the market.
Sharing order combination propositions with the market.
Setting the sales strategy and objective of every brand in the market.
Conducting research and studies to find new brands that are potential for Africa market.
Comparing prices, packaging, product range varieties between international suppliers in order to develop existing brands.
Propose and initiate business ideas and plans in order to further expand our basket of brands and capture all business building opportunities.
Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery
Negotiate transportation rates or services.
Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability
Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies.
Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.
Review global, national, or regional transportation or logistics reports for ways to improve efficiency or minimize the environmental impact of logistics activities.
Receiving and filling RFIs form from the inspection Company.
Assisting in updating the shipping report by checking the arrival of shipments via internet tracking.
Adjusting and issuing Quotations (under value invoices) on Pims.
Preparing purchasing invoices
Handle all Documentation process
Make sure that all original reach importers hand
Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
