Client: Ooredoo Telecom Kuwait
Managed and governed a $3 million IT Application Development Management (ADM) contract, responsible for delivering Ooredoo’s business road map. The contract consists of Change Requests from all the concerned departments (B2C, B2B, Customer Care, Customer Experience, Finance & Billing, etc.). My scope was to Project Manage the E2E implementation of all Enterprise Applications CR’s in the following domains:

Job Responsibility:
• Managed successful delivery of more than 200 CR’s with different complexities and consumed over 1800 MD's on CR's life cycle activities: Analysis, HLD Approvals, LLD, Development, SIT/UAT, Deployment and Post-Delivery Support
• Managed a team of 15 members: SA's, Developers, Techno-Functional consultants and QA Engineers, ensuring resource levels are maintained in line with workloads and schedules

A Project based role managing the integration of Iflix with Zain Telecom project, launching Iflix mobile app SVOD (Subscription Video On Demand) service on IOS & Android devices to over 47 million Zain subscribers in MENA including Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Sudan.
Job Responsibility:
• Gathered detailed requirements by Zain PMO team in HQ and the different Zain OPCO’s to communicate it to product team.
• Oversaw all project implementation activities on daily basis and reported to Program Director in iflix HQ Malaysia.
