I am B.Tech (IT Engineer) with CCNA certified. I Worked with Reflex Value Concepts as a System Engineer and back in India I worked as a system and Network Engineer for IT Software and Hardware Company in INDIA named RedTech Software Private Ltd. I took care of daily tasks such as Managing users account, troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues, Networking Issues, installation and configuration of windows, taking backups, supporting end users, restricting websites to the limited use of employees etc. Overall I was the engineer for a firm which has total 22 numbers of staff and I was the person to solve the issues related to the hardware, software and network problems of the LAN consisting of 280 PCs.
