Facility Maintenance Management in ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) New Head Quarter.

Major Responsibilities:- Preparation of Technical bid proposal includes Bid forms, Bidder Information, Preliminary Contract Schedule, Cash Flow Plan, Manpower Tabulation, Construction Facilities & Equipment, Technical approach, Proposed Organization Structure, Proposed Subcontractors.
Established Control Tagging Authority for Operation of 2175MW- CCGT, Riyadh Power Plant - PP12.
Major Responsibilities: - Led all electrical maintenance activities for Power Plant Auxiliaries, Certified Permit to work/ Lock Out Tag Out (PTW/LOTO) Issuer, issuing and supervise all PTW in both Units. Supervised all operation readings at the site, Coordinated with client weekly for the shutdown of the existing power plant, Planned weekly activities to be done in combined cycle project. Lead all operation activities (switching, isolation, and monitoring). Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
Construction of 1200MW Combined Cycle Power Station for 10 GE Frame STGs, 40 HRSGs, and 10 ACCs for Conversion of Simple Cycle to Combined Cycle Power Plant CCGT Power Plant-10, Riyadh
Major Responsibilities: - Installation of all Main Plant Electrical works related to Installation of 10 GE Steam Turbine Generators (STG), 40 Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG), and 10 Air Cooling Condensers (ACC) to convert the Simple Cycle Gas Turbine (SCGT) Plant to Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) for blocks A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 including the electrical supply of common balance of plant for all blocks. Managed the preparation of construction methodology, various procedures, and construction supervision of Electrical Installations of all major equipment in the 1200MW Combined Cycle Power Generation facilities.
Construction of 3400MW-SCGT Riyadh Power Plant - 10, Najran Central Power Station & Hail -2 Power Plant.
Major Responsibilities: Detailed design, engineering, material procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport, and delivery to site. Construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, and all associated electrical works until final handing over and operation and warranties
Construction of An-Nuzha 115/13.8kV Substation and 115kV Transmission Line from Hajer 115/13.8kV S/S to An- An-Nuzha 115/13.8kV S/S
Major Responsibilities: - Delegation of authority to individuals of the project management team as appropriate to their functions. Responsible for review and finalization of subcontract agreements. Responsible for the effective coordination and control of all procurement activities in order to achieve the delivery of the equipment/materials to the site as per schedule. Participating in the formal review of the Loss Prevention Requirements and Project Quality System on a regular basis. Progress of the site development activities and mobilization plant. Participates in the development of site construction schedules. Budget and Cost Control of all construction-related activities. Responsible for site administration including personnel, labor, logistics, warehousing, communication, accounting, Responsible for coordinating with for all site and construction activities and support site.
(1) Construction of Idwa 115/13.8kV substation, and Reinforcement of 115/13.8kV Al-Kilabiyah,
(2) Tufaih Farm 115/13.8kV Substations, Jubail Commercial Port 115/13.8kV Substation.
Major responsibilities: - Preliminary Engineering by Design Consultants and Technical submittals for Base Design package and Base Design Review Meeting. Technical submittals for Detailed Design, Revised Design, and Issued for Construction Drawings including Manufacturer’s Drawings. Major equipment/material procurement, Inspection and Test Plan, Factory inspection by Independent Inspection Agency, and Release for shipment certificates. Set up a plan and executed site installation activities in an accordance with approved IFC, drawings, DCN, FCN, etc., within the time frame Confirm necessary constraints are timely cleared prior to the planned electrical works. Client’s basic requirements, general guidelines, and site meetings. Pre-qualification of separate agencies for sub-contracting works. Energization requirements, Punch list items, Final As-built drawings, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance manuals, Test record Book for Substation equipment, and handing over procedures to the client and consultants. Preparation of Parent Cataloging and Recommended spares and Optional Operational Spare Part Data.
Extension of Asir Central Power Plant- Addition of one 50MW supplied by General Electric Gas Turbine unit and alterations to the existing power plant.
Major Responsibilities:-Study project specifications, drawings, the scope of work, and constructability. Planning schedule as per the scope of work. Arranging and managing the required manpower related to project/site activities. Supervising and controlling the work in coordination with site Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / QA/QC Civil and Electrical Engineers. Field Coordination between subcontractors working under the scope of work. Co-coordinating / managing with different SCECO Department / Engineers. Billing evaluation in different stages of the project. Coordinating with the Project Manager to improve the workman-ship for getting the best quality and progress. Controlling the petty cash for site work. Attending the meeting with the client/subcontractor for evaluating the site progress. In addition to these working technical support for site Engineers to achieve the target and overcome project problems including construction, installation, and testing & Commissioning, and handing over the project.
Construction of 132/33/13.8KV Abha North Substation and associated 132KV Cable sealing End work.
Major Responsibilities: - Erection involving positioning, final alignment, assembly, and final installation of the following electrical equipment and facilities.
1) 132KV Conventional Outdoor Switchgear with Dead tank Circuit Breakers, Disconnect and Earthling Switches, CTs, Bus VT’s and Auxiliaries.
2) 132/33KV, 133MVA Power Transformers.
3) 132/13.8KV, 60 MVA Power Transformers.
4) 33KV and 13.8KV, Indoor type Metal clad Switchgears.
5) I25V DC Batteries, Battery Chargers, Inverters, and DC Distribution Boards.
6) 33Kv/220V Station Auxiliary Transformers.
7) Lighting, Fire alarm and Fire detection, Lightning Protection, and Grounding work.
8) Protection, Control, and Metering System.
9) Additional Interfacing and Modification works
Construction of 1200MW-SCGT Riyadh Power Plant # 9 with GE Gas Turbines with Auxiliaries.
Major Responsibilities: - Function as the Lead Electrical Engineer in the design and preparation of construction documents. Provided technical direction to designers and drafters assigned to specific tasks. Responsible for the quality and delivery of schematic and detailed designs. Lead & own the process of preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable Codes & Standards. Interface with Leads of other departments to reflect the as-on-date input from other departments, as applicable. Took ownership of deliverables produced & their quality. Incorporated all changes/modifications in the deliverables required by the site, prior to the release of the deliverable. Ensured appropriate checking & review of all documents/drawings before release at any Revision status. Attended all project review meetings. Coordinated with the other Engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors Control of Quality of engineering documents with regard to Quality assurance basis.

• Preparation of Budget estimates, Monthly progress reports pertaining to electrical works and Monitoring of all electrical works
• Engineering, Design, Development, Operation and Maintenance of Nuclear Reactors and Facilities for Nuclear Power Program in Bhabha Atomic Research Center.
• Coordination with various agencies for electrical clearances during Over Dimensional Calendrias with End shields for Nuclear Reactor movement.
• Design, cost estimation, tendering and execution of Internal Electrification of Various Public Buildings.
• Operation and Maintenance of 33/11kV Indoor Substation for Construction Power Supply for Nuclear Power Plant.
• Periodic inspection and storage maintenance of 6.6kV Primary Heat Transport Motors of Nuclear Reactors.
Manufacturing, Assembly, Processing, and Testing of 220kV Instrument Transformers.
Major Responsibilities: - Design and develop HV & MV Power transformers, CTs & CCVTs. Manufacturing includes Core forming, HV/LV winding, and connections. The oil impregnation processes with the assembly of tanking and all relevant testing of the transformers to ensure manufacturing is efficient and confirming to customers’ requirements. Investigate and analyze problems and detect solutions that save cost, time, and materials. Managed budgets and ensured project deadlines adequately met according to standards and requirements. Identified and addressed all issues that arose in a quick and efficient manner to ensure minimal interruptions of the production work. Provided technical support to the team and regulate the work process along.
