• Monitoring construction activities on a daily basis, Expedite and monitor completion of ITR per subsystem, Expedite and follow-up for any outstanding design and material issues
• Maintaining the project Turnover procedure.
• Coordinates with the commissioning department to define the scope of work and develop system component list (tag)
• Conduct daily field subsystem walk-down to monitor construction progress, working with construction, quality and engineering to resolve any issues found. Schedule Internal Walk-down with Construction and Sub-Contractor and reaches for MC. Schedule Final Walk-down for each assigned subsystem.
• Receiving turnover walk through packages from Sub-Contractor and distribute to relevant discipline lead.
• Coordinating between constructions/pre-commissioning/ commissioning/operations team for agreed Handover walk-through schedule.
• Liaise with PMC/PMT/commissioning/operations to notify them of up-coming handover walk through.
• Coordinate with walk down personnel for turnover and handover walk through.
• Maintaining the project master punch list by category, populate Systems Completion Database
• Conducting weekly meeting with construction team (with all discipline) to ensure the continuous validation process of punch list clearance is in operation.
• Coordinating all Engineering related punches with Field Engineering.
• Review and correct Mechanical Completion, Provisional Turnover and Portion Turnover dossiers.
• Distributing punchlist daily status report to all subcontractors, contractors, top-level management, and client.
• Monitoring and controlling the status of punch list and exception lists.
• Attending the meeting with sub-contractor for inclusion in Handover progress and schedule.
• Attending the weekly meetings.
• Providing turnover and handover progress information into project reports.
• Assist the site subcontractors to compile turnover dossiers as required.
• Handover of completed Turnover Packages to Client.
• Resolving the client's comments on mechanical completion, provisional turnover, and portion turnover dossiers.

- Development of pre-commissioning & commissioning procedures (air blowing, chemical cleaning,
water flushing, catalyst loading, leak test, inerting, etc.)
- Conducting meeting with Sub-contractor, Construction team for expediting of different task followup
and punch items to close out in site.
- Review and correct hand over dossiers (MC book & PTOP book).
- Participates Mechanical Completion walk downs, Pre-Start up Safety Reviews (PSSR),
identification of Construction & Commissioning Punch Works.
- Executing Operational Tightness Testing, Drying Out and inerting, Oil Systems Flushing, Nitrogen
leak test, Static equipment Final box up.
- Executing Blinding & De-blinding based on red blind list during start-up.
- Coordinate with instrument team to complete the functional test and Loop test successfully.
- Reviews Pre-Commissioning procedures like Water Flushing, Air / Steam Blowing, Degreasing,
Chemical Cleaning, System drying, Tightness Check, Mechanical Running Test of Rotating
Equipment.
- Preservation of various equipment and pipes as per vendor procedure.
- Commissioning support
- Conducting meeting with Sub-contractor, Construction team for expediting of different task followup
and punch items to close out in site.
- Review and correct hand over dossiers (MC book & PTOP book).

- Implementing company service norms and auditing of the same.
- Develop Monthly Customer Feedback Analysis report.
- Monitoring of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
- Monitoring of SMR (Service Marketing Report)
- Monitoring of PSF (Post-Service Follow-up)
- Closing of customer complaints (in all sources).
- Maintain Documents on MARUTI SUZUKI Quality Management & Environment Management
systems.
- Conducting service events. (E.g.: Service camps, Customer meet…etc).
- Reports directly to Managing Director and Area service in Charge (Regional Sales Manager of
MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD).
- Implementation of Service Quality Standards in workshop and their follow up.
- Consulting MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LTD for any technical issues related to service.
