Job Summary:

• Proper safety gear and Cleanroom Gowning suit must be worn before start of the work.
• Knowledgeable in 5 areas (start to end) of Packaging of product inside the Product Handling.
• Short distance movement of goods or materials within a storage area, involving loading, unloading, palletizing, de-palletizing.
• Assist QA Technicians in getting samples and in other activities.
• Daily calibration of tools (sealing machines, weighing scales, rod manipulator, box taping machines)
• Escalate issues and concerns or any other tool abnormalities to immediate technician or supervisor.
• Perform 5'S and proper housekeeping.
• Preparation of product for delivery as per costumers Grade requirement.
Responsibilities:
• Supervised daily rotation of manpower to attain daily required Output.
• Create proper tagging and label of Lot Number for every batch of product.
• Start of the shift planning to attain the Shift required output.
• Designate other work related activities to every personnel of the group.
• Create report every shift end, Indicate Shift Output and any Problem related to production.
• Put remarks in all of the Harvest sheet of the product in every abnormalities observed and weight of QA sample.
• Proper filling of all harvest sheet of the product for review of the product history.
• Double check Equipment and Product before end of the shift for proper shift endorsement.

• Responsible for keeping the caller on the line in order to capture all necessary information accurately.
