•Developing a systematic approach for studying and assessing the structural condition through visual inspections, non destructive testing, structural modeling and analysis.
•Preparation of contract conditions, specifications and Bill of Quantities for the maintenance and rehabilitation that provides the national administrators, private owners, contractors and consultants with accurate and meaningful assessment of their structure

• Main point of contact for developing the water and waste services activities, the negotiation of the contracts and the management of commercial activities in KSA and Bahrain with industrial and Municipal clients.

• Build, with the support of the proposal manager, a winning proposal strategy and negotiate with partners / clients during all the bid process to obtain the best conditions and terms for Suez.

•Participating to the monthly meetings with (ARAMCO, SABIC, HADEED), following-up the updates on their standards, requirements and criteria for design.

•Running experimental procedures intended to validate the behavior of building envelopes with their ties under seismic situations
•Studying the rupture of non-structural elements of buildings due to seismic forces
•verifying the compatibility of displacements between the carrying structure and the panels

•Developing a Module of the system structure-envelope using CASTEM and SAP2000
•Extrapolating the results of the experiments to bigger structures and buildings

•Preparing weekly reports presenting the construction progress, materials and manpower
