Conduct Induction Meetings to new employees and sub-contractors.
Check the weather for any possible change that may affect the project.
Investigate and report incidents / accidents in the site.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure that the site development is as per laws.
Give advises and recommendations to foremen, engineers and managers on how
to work safely and effectively.
Tabulate and record safe man hours.
Attend weekly management meetings as the safety head of the project.
Make Risk Assessments and Job Hazard Analysis.
Submit daily and weekly safety report.
