• Review and approve Contractor’s and Vendor/Supplier’s Quality Plan, Quality Organization Chart/Personnel, Quality documentation, Audit schedule, ITP, Specification, Source Inspection Plan, Scope of Work, Quality Control Procedures and Project Close-Out Documentation.
• Review/approve monitor contractor’s quality audit program, audit schedule, and participate in selected audits.
• Coordinate with senior Contractor management to ensure alignment and understanding of Company requirements to enable effective oversight of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors/suppliers Quality Management System.
• Review and Approve the CV’s of Contractor’s Key Quality personnel and Organization Chart.
• Monitor and audit implementation of Contractor Construction Quality Surveillance Programs
• Participate in the review of any proposed subcontractors or suppliers, not on the approved vendors' list
• Ensure Contractor/Vendor is performing quality reviews/reporting per the contractual requirements
• Review Quality reports/trends. Identify and assist in the resolution of issues
