• Assist customers’ needs & queries with proper assistance & politeness.
• Ensure proper arrangement & display the merchandise on the shelves.
• Prepares requisition of items to transfer our products in all outlet in Dubai
Duty Free.
• Responsible in selection of items to transfer in all areas.
• Monitoring of displays and replenish to avoid out of stocks, and request
items from Magrudy's warehouse.
• Responsible for the selection of books for exhibition or book-fair events &
furnish documents to accounts.
• In charge of encoding all the transaction documents coming from the
shops.
• Ensures proper arrangement & display on the shelves to provide extra
space & cleanliness on the warehouse, packing of items to be delivered.
• Cooperates with the annual inventory of stocks in the book warehouse,
non-book warehouse, shops & other key accounts.
• Responsible for selection of books and non-book items such as toys &
stationeries to send in our outlet in Dubai, Sharjah, Abudhabi & Bahrain.
• Checker for new consignment items to avoid discrepancies.
• Prepares invoices, quotations, credit notes, stock transfer out & stock
transfer credit for stock movement procedures.
• Responsible for delivering of books and non-book items for Dubai Duty
Free.
