15. Performing the inventory for all A/C mechanic toolbox & update it to system (quarterly).
16. Checking the electrostatic discharge sensitive (ESDS) rack & update it to system (quarterly).
17. Checking of all serviceable tags, replace it by new if found faded. (quarterly).
18. Checking of all axle jacks if due, then need to send to GSE for preventive maintenance (semi-annual).
19. Checking the current airworthiness status confirmation then update it to system & send email to all
customer airline (semi-annual).
20. Performing the yearly inventory for all customer airline & NAS LM store, update it to system (yearly).
1. Updating all the products, specially the prices and stock availability.

3. Checking the inbox from email, if there is some requesting items to be send to which showroom.
