*Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC . split type aircon, and window type aircon
* Performs troubleshooting, installation, repairs, oxy-acetelyne gas welding and refills refrigerants in the system on a wide range of industrial HVAC, split type aircon and window type aircon.
* Performs troubleshooting, installation, recovery, oxy-acetylene gas welding and recharge refrigerant, as required for auto airconditioning.
* Performs mechanical troubleshooting and repair and arc welding work on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
* Responsible for implementing and maintaining the shop safety program as well as conducting daily safety talks before each work and providing daily work assignments to other maintenance personnel assigned to work center.
* Performs any other duties as assigned.
* Ensure strict compliance with safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures.
* Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
