- Coordinates with the Computer Support Base systems monitor to ensure equipment failure and communication downtime are expeditiously restored and to isolate and resolve system software anomalies;
- Performs computer operator maintenance;
- Upload and download reports from ESS;
- Ensures all accountable documents output from the RPS are controlled during all hours of operation;
- Distributes reports, listings, and accountable documents to applicable sites and personnel in-charge;
- Works with the assigned data communication technician to ensure communication lines are functioning properly;
- Prepares schedules for processing reports and listings;

- Inventories receiving and returning documents to verify all documents coincide with audit sheet;
- Categorizes records and stores them in alphabetical or numerical sequence or a combination of both;
- Maintain the documents in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability;
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project;
- Determines appropriate scanner and scanner settings based on document type, planned processing and document characteristics.
- Performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
- Maintain and Monitor all the desktops and laptops of the banks head office and its 11 branches.
- Assemble, install and configure new computers to be issued based on bank standards and specifications including installation and configuration of existing and new software applications..
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user problems relating to Operating System issues (WinXP, Win7, Win8), Network Connectivity, TCP/IP configuration, hardware upgrades, Open Office products and Internet connectivity through phone or onsite.
- Visit and perform quarterly and annual preventive maintenance of all the desktops and server units and recommend hardware upgrades as needed for aging units of all its 11 branches.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of applications used, computer specs, equipment inventory and perform random audits for any unlicensed and non-work related applications installed by end users.
- Troubleshoot and repair CRT monitors, laser jet, desk jet and passbook printers.
- Monitor IP-VPN connections of branches to head office, set-up, configure and maintain LAN and Wifi connections.
- Person in-charge for all the hardware, software, virus and network connection issues within the bank.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user problems relating to Operating System issues (Win2000, WinXP, WinVista, Win7), Network Connectivity, TCP/IP configuration, hardware upgrades, MS Office products and Internet connectivity through phone or onsite.
- Perform hardware upgrades, installation of new softwares, device driver installation for new devices installed as needed.
