Managing overall functionalities of Finance Department including Banking, Inventory Planning and Control, Cash Flow Management, Controlling Receivables and Payables, Audits, Franchiser Affairs.
Main responsibility and functions includes:
• Managing various Working Capital Limits of over Rs. 3.0 billion including limit approvals, renewals, structuring of limits, planning and forecasting of funds utilization based on business plans.
• Arranging Long Term and Syndicate Financing as per the business requirement (arranged over Rs. 3 billion during 2007 to 2014 on various projects)
• Planning, forecasting and controlling the Cash Flows. Ensuring compliance of cash remittance procedures. Development and implementation of control policies.
• Managing, Controlling and Supervising the inventory management functions, including overall planning, ensuring maintenance of materials at optimal levels, and storage functions.
• Handling and controlling of overall financial planning with collaboration of relevant departments.
• Handling and supervising all matters related to general and marine insurance, including, renewals of policies, assurance of adequate coverage, handling of claims etc.

Successfully managed overall procurement and inventory management function of the company valuing over Rs. 3 billion per annum for directly. Planned, organized and executed imports of raw materials from across the world. Being part of the strategic management team, handled import of three complete Pepsi Cola beverage plants from Germany, Australia, and Canada.
Main responsibility and functions includes:
• Ensuring timely availability of required raw material and maintaining optimum levels
• Handling of raw material stores, Public and Private Bonded Warehouse.
• Ensuring the most effective prices and quality of materials as per PepsiCo Standards.
• Specific procurement for exports, including obtaining DTRE approvals for tax-free purchases.
• Handling all imports, LC operations, customer clearance, transportation and storage management.
As start of the career, participated as team member on various strategic projects including, distribution fleet rehabilitation project, supply chain warehousing projects etc.
Main responsibility and functions includes:
• Preparing project financial and operational feasibilities.
• Preparation of presentation for review and updates on the projects.
• Studying business operations and identifying process improvement areas.
• Preparing and implementing new improved systems in all areas of the business,
• Conducting time-and-motion studies for relevant projects.
FCMA - Fellow Cost and Management Accountant APA - Associate Public Accountant One of the three students of I.C.M.A.P. from all Pakistan and the only student from Lahore campus qualifying the study program in the budgeted time of three years. Awarded “Certificate Of Merit” by I.C.M.A.P. for securing all Pakistan top position in the subject of Advanced Financial Accounting in professional II examination.
