Manage USD 450 million P&L, including comprehensive analysis and
presentation of findings Business Unit Head and Finance Director to enhance
operational and financial performance.
• Oversee the maintenance of entity-level corporate accounting records and
prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) within the defined timelines.
• Consolidate the group's annual budget, providing strategic guidelines to each
business unit for effective financial planning using standardized templates.
• Develop rolling forecasts for revenue and profit, spanning three months,
half-year, and full-year outlooks, while tracking and mitigating risks and
opportunities associated with the original budget.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between projected and
actual results, collaborating with operational staff and senior management to
implement corrective actions ang gap analysis.
• Perform cost analysis to support pricing activities, determine product costs, and
ensure favorable profit margins.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process
improvements and cost efficiency, incorporating data-driven insights and
scenario analysis.
• Contribute to strategic objectives through the successful implementation of
financial strategies and feasibilities.
• Collaborate with the ERP team to facilitate the implementation within the
business.
• Prepare cash forecasts to ensure adequate funds for meeting obligations and
compliance with banking requirements, producing comprehensive reports and
decks.
EXPERIENCE
• Collaborate with Group auditors, supervise the audit process, promptly address
any inquiries that arise, and facilitate communication with the local bank to
obtain auditors' bank confirmations.
• Manage transfer pricing activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations
for intra-group transactions.
• Provide cross-functional support through collaboration, knowledge transfer,
and strategic financial insights to enhance organizational performance and
budget forecasting accuracy.
• Deliver comprehensive support to the Finance Director by promptly addressing
ad hoc requests and tasks, ensuring seamless financial operations, and
contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

“Advanced Baking Concepts LLC is a Dubai based export oriented Frozen food manufacturing company dealing in manufacturing of pre-proofed frozen Bakery, Viennoiserie, Pastry, Ice-creams, Salads/Sandwiches and various other chain of restaurants”

 Conceptualizing a real time cost and management accounting system to report on product costs, process costs, segment profitability, and pricing, relative contribution analysis of revenue segments to maximize profitability.
 Costing of approved new recipes and sub recipes with accurate measuring of all article quantities to define a standard portion size and cost.
 Providing material wastage analysis (product mix wise) help to choose optimum product mix and minimized material wastage and steered machine productivity and labor productivity to increase overall productivity and remain at a steady level.
 Preparing monthly consumption reports for each Cost Centre separately, standard and actual costs are compared and variances reporting to management for review.
 Preparing and submitting summary of CPR (Cost of Production Report) to Management on daily basis.
 Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
 Preparing the Report on margin by product, department and customer wise.
 Preparing the Product wise margin analysis for Managing Director for new product, new customer and for new Promotion.
 Valuation of Stocks (Raw Material, WIP, Finish Goods) on the monthly basis.
 Conducting physical stock count on a monthly basis to reconcile actual quantities with system generated quantities to assure effective stock control.
 Point out expire, obsolete and damage inventory during physical count.
 Validating the cost of goods sold as part of the month end for Buy in Products.
 Consumption forecasting for stock availability reports.
 Matching Daily actual stock report from store with system stock for 100 % stock accuracy.
 Monitoring daily stock movements between cost centers.
 Monitoring daily purchase requisitions, receiving and transfers.
 Comparing LPO prices and quantities with GRN and reporting of any differences.
 Monitoring the purchases by verifying the LPO with respect to Last cost from last purchase.
 Validating cost of Purchase through attachment of correct Invoice, proper LPO, GRN and receipt on bin cards.
 Verifying the export Pro Forma Invoice with respect to Price, correct product description and quantity ordered by customer.
