Project : DUQM Refinery

Reading Specification & Standards, Quality System Documents, Drawings, Site Instructions etc.
•Preparation & Review of As Built Drawings and prepare Ready for Commissioning Packages
•Preparation & Review of Final QC Dossiers for testing, commissioning & handing over.
•Controlling the Monitoring & Measuring Devices of the Projects.
•Make sure that all construction works are done as per the project specification and requirements.
•Incoming material receiving inspections to ensure materials are in compliance with project standards and purchase order and maintaining the appropriate verification records and data sheets.
•Inspection of various equipment’s during receiving Material at store and warehouse

•Leads and supervises an Instrument commissioning team, plans and conducts commissioning activities in the assigned area and coordinates these activities with operation and other commissioning sections efficiently and safely. Supervises the Instrument commissioning team conducting field-commissioning activities for a wide variety of instrumentation and control systems such as field transmitters, control valves, DCS, PLC and ESD systems.
•Plans the work process, review/approves necessary documents such as checklists, and work schedules for total execution of the field instrument commissioning activities.
•Coordinates with other commissioning manager and Systems Engineers in planning and completing commissioning activities. Assure that all components in the loop meet specification & calibration requirement.
•Verify action of Interlocks & supervise simulation operations on the Instruments, correct interventions off alarms.
•Involving in Pre-comm. /Commissioning activities of HVAC Systems
•Verify right operation of loop including fail-safe valve actions.

Duties and responsibilities
•Expertly handled construction activities which includes fabrication of supports and stanchion, installation of control panels, skid frames junction boxes, laying of fiber optic data highway cable, main and secondary cable tray, instrument air supply and instrument Installation as per hook-up drawing, multi cable transit installation.
•Integration of SCADA and PLC system with an existing to new system.
•Modification of existing RTU panel.
