I am responsible to:
• Follow up the supply plan for mobilize and demobilize project site requirements to meet demand and material targets across the region.
• Identify options to utilize used products and refurbish for new projects in order to save cost.
• Manage and operate MRP to initiate orders and identify the requirements.
• Liaise with sales and Ops team to determine monthly product demand or project wise.
• Supply Planning for new item introductions, transitions, and product discontinuance.
• To make supplier/brand comparison for management to finalize procuring new product.
• To prepare production schedule liaison with work shop, warehouse, logistics, and procurement dept.
• Develop, manage and execute inventory plan that minimizes working capital and exceeding customer service targets.
• Manage inventory levels (prebuilds) based on project requirements, new products, new locations, product conversions.
• Coordinates with procurement department for the changes and updates required for the materials under procurement.
• Keep monitoring inventories lying at the project sites to collect and utilize for other projects to save cost.
• Liaise with Logistics and Transportation to develop optimal deliver strategies and adjust for short term tactical needs.
• Analyze demand requirements to identify supply bottlenecks and recommend actions for resolution.
• Participate in weekly meetings with S&OP to sync the process between supply and demand.
I was responsible to:
• Deal with all enquiries/orders of Plant & Transport from customers and provide accurate information regarding as required.
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure that equipment is available and ready to hire.
• Arrange fuel deliveries to Dubai and Abu Dhabi Sites.
• Allocate the manpower including drivers and operators to sites and inform administration department to coordinate camps for their accommodation.
• Procure transport and machinery from external suppliers and raise LPO if the item is urgently required but not available / exists in internal Stock.
• Prepare and revert tenders requested by estimation team for Heavy & Light duty equipment after checking availability.
• Coordinate for loading/offloading facilities between Sites and lifting section to match schedule while arranging equipment deliveries, also coordinator with drivers to ensure if equipment delivered to customers on time.
• Verify overtime sheets of drivers/operators through Mtech vehicle tracking system.
• Design preventive maintenance modules for transport and earthmoving equipment in ERP system and implement to the company to improve the performance of assets.
• Pass the breakdown reports to workshop and arrange replacements upon further instructions.
• Arrange inspection of items with expired registration and also coordinating with Safety Department for competency certificates renewal to ensure the assets will be ready prior to the urgent site request.
• Arrange stocks in warehouses once ready, also survey the warehouses every morning to compare the fleet management system data with warehouse stock.
• Prepare reports (e.g. Transport Trips, Diesel Consumption, External Hire (Weekly & Monthly), Utilization (Monthly & Annual), Generator (Location & Breakdown Status), Location of all Equipment & others given by superiors).
I was responsible to:
• Manage and administer the subordinates to scan the old land records system files with proper clarity.
• Assure if all the work is going on as full strength and comply for client’s target.
• Managing, operating, making accessible land-related information and incorporating feedback from stakeholders in further elaboration of the system.
• Monitoring the quality and efficiency of the services provided.
• Look after for preparation of administrative reports.
I was responsible to:
• Coordinate and receive quotation from companies based on Europe and forward the quotation with suitable margin to Government companies for drilling equipment & accessories.
• Arrange the import documents of purchased machineries and arrange the shifting of machinery to client’s yard.
• Generate utilization and financial comparison reports for management to understand the profit and loss.
• Maintain the archive filing system and administrative data, which includes file indices, personal particulars and document control system to ensure that company records are properly recorded.
• Ensure that correspondence is efficiently handled.
