Recruiting sales team as and when required by the organization.
Coaching the sales team and giving them complete information about the organization's products and
teaching them sales skills.
Accompany them for the field at early stages after their hiring and then whenever required.
Collaborate with the sales team to discuss performance and resolve issues in the field on weekly
meetings.
Creating sales strategies with the team and executing them on deadlines.
Preparing monthly dashboard and presentation for management.
Preparing sales data and report
Coordinate all sales process and performances with departments on regular basis.
Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization.
Carrying out all marketing duties for the organization.
Generating new clients through marketing and attracting potential clients.
Maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, prepared a trial balance and
reconciling entries.
Conducting all types of marketing including digital and non-digital marketing methods such as social
media marketing, content marketing, mobile marketing, digital marketing, print marketing etc.
Holding marketing sessions and campaigns at different locations occurring direct face-to-face
interaction with people and giving complete product information to them
Looking after all the operations of the restaurant for the shift.
Managing and supervising all the staff.
Providing them with solutions and skills whenever required.
Making sure all the demands and supplies are stocked to a certain level of need so that the restaurant
doesn’t suffer a customer setback.
Making sure all the food and stuff prepared properly and ready to be served.
Maintaining hygiene and workable environment for the staff, standardized environment for the
customers.
Handling customer queries, problems and complains about anything related to food and restaurant.
Hiring a sales team including two line managers who will have their own sales team.
Conducting the new hires a pre-course in the first week to train them about the organization and the
products before the official training of the organization.
Meeting own targets and those of the teams and organization as a whole.
Effective monitoring of team and managers against monthly targets and deadlines.
Share sales strategies, targets and deadlines with local managers and sales team.
Solving problems in the field to the sales team and local managers
Always staying in touch with seniors and head office to fulfill any requirements related to sales.
Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization.
Keeping in check everything related to the office.
Keeping records. Making sure everything is tidy and working.
Managing meetings, travels and handling incoming and outgoing correspondences like emails,
packages etc. and maintaining office hygiene and workable environment.
Managing office expense and finances.
Providing administrative support to the whole staff including managers.
Managing office repairs, renovations and making sure work to be done on time.
Organizing, storing and printing company documents as and when needed.
