Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate new LC/MS/MS bioanalytical methods for the quantification of drugs and new chemical entities in biological matrices.
• Sample processing and analysis of R&D and clinical samples in accordance with documented SOPs.
• Operation and troubleshooting of LC/MS/MS instrumentation and the analysis of analytical data.
• Develop, implement and other standard operating procedures, experimental records and technical documentation.
• Calibration & maintenance of pipette (auto pipette & multipipette).
Analytical techniques: Experienced in handling sophisticated analytical instruments like NMR, UV, IR, HPLC, HPTLC, Flourimeter, Flame Photometer, Karl Fischer and DSC.
Formulation Development: Practical hand in Tablets, Oral suspensions, liquids and nano formulations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for reviewing prescriptions to ensure prescription of correct doses.
• Maintained adequate supplies in assigned area so medications were dispensed in timely and efficient manner.
• Compounding of extemporaneous prescriptions of physicians by following accepted professional standards
Analytical techniques: Experienced in handling sophisticated analytical instruments like NMR, UV, IR, HPLC, HPTLC, Flourimeter, Flame Photometer, Karl Fischer and DSC. Formulation Development: Practical hand in Tablets, Oral suspensions, liquids and nano formulations. Computer proficiency: Good computer proficiency in appropriate Operating systems and Application softwares like Schrodinger, Sigma stat, sigma plot.
