Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Material estimations from the drawings as per the Preambles, Standard method of measurements and Project specifications.
 Preparing monthly interim payment applications with full detail backup such as detail measurement, with necessary supporting documents and Mark-up drawings.  Preparation of variation orders and calculation of escalation.
 Carrying out re-measurements for Supplier Material procurement and placement of Subcontract Orders.
 Calculate the commercial proposal as per the CI (contractor instruction) for new variation and submit the cost and arrange the meeting to get the approval.  Analyzing completed work and arranging payment certificate to Sub contractors.
 Prepare the back charge with supporting documents and submit to main contractor to get approval.  Prepare the Comparison sheet if any variation as per the IFT & IFC Drawing and agree on quantities, values to the client / main contractor team.

Preparing bills of quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties (Design, Tech.Dept Procurement) pricing and analysis for the BOQ items.
 Analyze and recommend subcontract payments based on actual work progress and valuing work completed and issuing payments certificate.

 Prepare Variation orders and claims for the scope of works not covered in the BOQ.
 Preparing the Cost BOQ as per 3D render with AutoCAD layout and discussed with management for the overhead and profit percentage.
 Preparing Cost control, final accounting and reporting to the management.  Preparation of BOQ’s in Trade wise (Interior fit-out) for Sub Contractor & Suppliers.
 Negotiating with suppliers/subcontractors on-behalf of procurement team.
 Representing Company in various meetings (Progress & Commercial Meeting).
 Method of Measurements SMM7, CESSM3, NRM and POMI.
 Conversant with conditions of contract such as FIDIC and method of measurements.

 Analyze the quantities from drawings and actual quantities consumed at site.  Preparation of variation orders and calculation of escalation.
