Ensure job descriptions that are in place, are accurate.
• Participate in conducting staff performance evaluations in line with AVSI approach and Procedures.
• Provide assistance in developing human resource plans, and team Building activities.
• Provide staff orientations. • Monitor status of HR actions to facilitate timely action by supervisor/ line management and personnel. • Support the communication on HR policy changes and new HR initiatives to management and personnel, providing guidance as needed. • works closely with the Human Resource, in the other Human Resource Management Area.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
• Monitor Monthly attendance.
• Investigate and understand causes for staff regular absences
• Establish an employee relation Procedure
• Ensure that new hires' first impressions are positive and that they have all in-processing information completed.
• Manage recruitment processes ensuring best practices are used for effective and efficient talent acquisition
• Provide regular updates and feedback on ongoing recruitments.
• Be actively involved in the recruitment process.
• Short list the applicant for Operation Vacancies and keep record.
• Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Organize and manage the staff orientation for new employees.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Payroll:
• Record of employees Benefits (medical coverage)
• Update employee Information on the system.
• Assist in generating the Monthly Payroll.
