o Solve Network and Cisco products related problems of various complexity.
• Effectively utilize basic lab setups to reproduce and resolve problems.
• Support Cisco load balancers/ACE with:
o Configuration & IOS Upgrade/Downgrade/Re-Install
o Perform Hardware health checks, arrange for hardware replacement & post- replacement setups, maintain high availability setups
o Assist in installing certificates and keys & cooperate with the licensing team in order to fulfill any licensing needs
• Provide Limited support for WAE/WAVE optimizers that operates WAAS and ACNS Software with:
o Basic connectivity configuration, IOS Upgrade/Downgrade/Re-Install
o Perform Hardware health checks, arrange hardware replacement and post-replacement setups
• Support SNMP Network Monitoring System like Prime Infrastructure tool.
