• Initial yard planning and vessel planning and container terminal operations
• Monitor current trends and forecast for future trends
• Guide and support staff with their daily duties and promote teamwork and communication.
• Work with other departments in the company for long term plans and projects
• Involved in Long term projects for terminal optimization and automation
• Identify and analyze current work practices to find leakages to reduce costs and improve efficiency levels
• Create department standard operating procedures and best practices
• Support staff and help them understand their roles and duties in the overall organization
• Dealing with the clients of the business
• Responding to phone calls and emails insuring all needs and enquiries of clients are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
• Completing targeted sales calls for business development into the company
• Data inputting sales visits of the rest of the sales team
• Providing excellent customer service at all times to customers
• Dealing with any customer complaints and team management issues
• Assisting with stock take and stock rotation management
• Operating POS and stock management systems
Graduated with an IB Diploma :English, Arabic , Mathematics, Biology , Economics , Business and Management
