Key Responsibilities as a Head of Corporate Affairs: • Develop the Bank internal and external communications strategy.
• Develop the Bank Sustainability Agenda.
• Implement corporate internal and external communication policies, strategy and guidance.
• Provide local brand management, quality control and coordination for the entire Bank's communications e.g. publications, promotional materials (leaflets, posters etc )
• Manage local media relations including developing relationships, arranging interviews and visits and developing proactive strategies to achieve positive media coverage.
• Identify, collect and generate 'good news' stories for internal and external use and for internal corporate campaigns on particular themes.
• Manage key communications channels including the Bank's publications, intranet/internet.
• Organize the Bank's internal events, corporate briefings and meetings etc.
• External event planning and management e.g. stakeholder presentations etc.
• Perform internal communications and job satisfaction surveys.
