Spearhead for IT duties for Dubai Gourmet Corporate Office and Qasr Al Sultan Boutique
Hotel from project preopening.
• Manage all IT tasks and responsibilities during the opening of Qasr Al Sultan
Restaurant (maximum capacity of 1, 000 + guests), opening of Qasr Al Sultan Boutique
Hotel (12 high-end Villas) and opening of Qasr Al Sultan Airconditioned Dome Tent
(maximum of 500 guests).
• Above opening tasks includes implementation of Micros, Opera, Reserveout, IP TV
System and Internet.
• Assist for creating and controlling departmental budget with regards to IT expenses.
• To support technically the team for Log and Trouble shoot all reposted issues.
• Work closely with application and infrastructure team and outside contracts, vendors
and consultants to implement and solve any applications or system software
problems.
• Directly reporting to head of the department.
• Complete any special tasks, assignments and projects given by the management and
head of de department.
• Supporting other departments and perform tasks even not related to IT as may
timely required during the opening time of the property.
• Involved installing LED screens (14x4 and 7x4 sizes) in the property.
