Essential Tasks:
Providing customers with quality service and product information, resolving customer requests, orders, complaints and suggestions within the give time frame.
Conducting daily calls and meetings in order to close monthly target of 8K.
Updating CRM for all historic interaction with customers, Preparing proposal or agreements to complete sales, sales forecast & cashed sales.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve after sales services; managing the client base through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach; as well as responding to clients' queries regarding prices, services, and products.
Tracking and forecasting sales to determine desired progress toward stated departmental targets and goals.
Follow up with companies/clients, supporting their recruiting needs and selling them the right recruitment products & services.
Initiate and develop a strong relationship with over than 250 customers internationally.
Effectively manage business in assigned database through a transactional and solution−oriented selling approach.
Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs,
Give online demonstrations to clients order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
Manage and guarantee the required loyalty level of current customers.
Manage the growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customers,
Initiate and develop a strong relationship with identified leads,
Explain products, services, prices and answer questions from customers.
Conducted daily calls in order to close monthly target of 5K.
Identified opportunities for new business, followed-up sales leads and coordinated activities to maximize profits.
Attend weekly meetings to discuss INJAZ's schedule to courses per semester.
Represent INJAZ among most Jordanian universities as a consultant in order to help undergraduate student to choose appropriate courses related to their future plan.
Participate in Organizing INJAZ's events among most of Jordanian universities.
