Responsible for designing, managing and implementing digital strategies for web, social media, VOD, electronic/digital ads in accordance with the channel’s brand guidelines, to advance the channel’s mission.
▪ Sustaining department profitability over last six quarters, while adding
new media platforms
▪ Lead strategy and supervise execution of the channel’s digital strategy
to build Roya’s digital brand.
▪ Devise and execute digital campaigns, including developing social
media tools, partnerships, and syndication channels.
▪ Work with Communications Dept. colleagues to source media
opportunities and fully integrate digital media mechanisms in activities,
announcements, and events.
▪ Oversee and further develop Roya TV’s websites, mobile apps, VOD
platform and other digital content platforms.
▪ Collaborate with IT, Broadcast Engineers and HR teams to utilize and
grow systems and platforms for staff to communicate internally.
▪ Collaborate with colleagues across Roya TV to infuse digital media and technology into program work to discover new networks, process, and
people to achieve the channel’s mission.
▪ Monitor and report on effective key internal and external digital
performance metrics to inform organization decision-making.
▪ Supervise five teams (VOD, Social Media, Online Graphics, Digital Marketing, Web & Mobile Dev.) as well as contractors and interns as
needed.

Accountable for directing product development while ensuring high return on investment (ROI). In addition to translating ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.
▪ Developing product requirements and roadmaps
▪ Liaise and collaborate with all relevant cross-functional teams to ensure timely releases.
