JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Preparation of execution line drawings
•Relationship management with contractors/consultants.
•Erection of HT< distribution lines.
•Erection of Distribution Transformer Center.
•Procurement of materials as required
•Supervising the workers at site
•Checking the quality of the executed work as standards.
•Inspection of the executed work in the site.
•Inventory of the executed work.
•Working on electrical safety
in a contracting company for planning the estimation period and cost of ongoing projects in MS project software, including the bill of quantity reports, invoice submission and purchase requisition for the requirements of the project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
•Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
•Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
•Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
•Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
•Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
•Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
•Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
•Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
•Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
•Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
Worked as pre Commissioning engineer in SADARA Chemical Industry for checking test packages in the pipe line to process the reinstatement works, flushing activities including internal cleaning of pipes, leak test and final inspection of the pipe line with the clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Organizing, assigning and supervising pre-commissioning activities, performed by contractor.
• Review and update pre commissioning plan accordingly with QA&QC system and client standards.
•Developing and preparation of pre-commissioning systems and detailed procedures for flushing, blowing, lube oil systems flushing, chemical cleaning/pickling of process lines of compressors, leak test, etc. accordingly with client standards and comments; submitted to review, comments and approval to Comm. Manager and client organization; Reinstatement procedure for systems.
•Develop and prepare inspection and test reports for pre-commissioning activities and forwarding to Comm. Manager and QA&QC Manager for review, comments, approval and integration in QA&QC plan for pre-commissioning and commissioning.
•Planning and scheduling of activities in collaboration with construction contractor designated personnel, estimation of manpower, equipments and materials necessary for each activity. Forwarding to management for approval and to construction contractor.
•Reviewing and checking of materials, chemicals inventory for pre commissioning activities and spare parts from equipment suppliers and vendor’s,
•Prepare documentation necessary, in collaboration with construction contractor, for work package specification such as chemical cleaning, pickling, passivation and leak & initiation of systems; selection of qualified subcontractors for this specific activities and proposal to management for acceptance and approval.
•Tracking, checking of activities progress; analyzing of delayed activities and finding new solution, with team members and subcontractor personnel, to improve activities progress.
•Involved with QA&QC, inspection departments of company and client for inspection, testing and signing off of vessels, motors, pumps, compressors pre-commissioning and commissioning forms; participate with client organization to obtain final acceptance of ready of start-up from local authorities of systems such as firefighting, sewer, and portable systems.
• Preparation of Mechanical Completion Dossiers, Certificate and agreed Exception List; submission for approval to construction contractor, company and client organization.
•Develop database of punch item for commissioning department; update and tacking of it; forwarding of items to Punch List Coordinator for integration in Project Punch System.
